1. 授予许可1. License

Dio Dash 按许可而非出售的方式提供给你。Apple 标准许可应用最终用户协议（EULA）适用于本应用；本条款是对 EULA 的补充而非替代。EULA 全文：Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement。

Dio Dash is licensed, not sold, to you. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app; these terms supplement, and do not replace, the EULA. Full text: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. 订阅 — Dio Dash Pro2. Subscription — Dio Dash Pro

• Pro 为自动续期订阅，通过你的 Apple ID 计费，确认购买后立即生效。
• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, effective immediately upon confirmation.
• 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续期；续期费用在周期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple ID 扣除。
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the period ends.
• 可在 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅（App Store 账户设置）中管理或取消订阅。
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (App Store account settings).
• Pro 支持通用购买：一次订阅可在你的 iPhone、iPad、Mac 和 Apple Vision Pro 上使用（同一 Apple ID）。
• Pro uses universal purchase: one subscription works on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro (same Apple ID).

3. 跑分与排行榜3. Benchmarks & leaderboard

跑分结果是对设备性能的参考性估算，会因系统状态、温度、后台任务等因素波动，不构成任何性能承诺。排行榜是社区功能，我们有权移除任何人为操纵、伪造或异常的提交，并随时调整排名规则。

Benchmark results are informational estimates of device performance and vary with system state, temperature, background tasks, and more — they are not a performance guarantee. The leaderboard is a community feature; we may remove manipulated, forged, or anomalous submissions and adjust ranking rules at any time.

4. 清理功能4. Cleaner

清理功能只把文件移入废纸篓。请清点确认后再清空废纸篓；清空废纸篓造成的删除由你自行决定并承担。

The Cleaner only moves files to the Trash. Review items before emptying the Trash; emptying it — and any resulting deletion — is your decision and responsibility.

5. 可接受的使用5. Acceptable use

• 不得试图伪造、批量操纵跑分或排行榜数据。
• Don't forge or manipulate benchmark or leaderboard data.
• 不得对应用进行法律禁止的逆向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码。
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law.

6. 免责声明与责任限制6. Disclaimers & liability

应用按"现状"提供，不含任何明示或默示的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，Playstone 对使用或无法使用本应用造成的任何间接或后果性损失不承担责任。责任限制以 Apple EULA 为准。

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playstone is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Liability is further limited as set out in the Apple EULA.

7. 条款变更7. Changes

我们可能随应用更新修订本条款，并在本页面发布，更新页面顶部日期。重大变更会在合理时间内生效。

We may revise these terms with app updates and publish them here, updating the date at the top. Material changes take effect within a reasonable time.
